Normally share house doesn't accept the guest's friends stay, but I would like to accept the guests'friends who could promise to follow up the rules at the share house. To share fan together.

Fully furnished room and common area.
Note
One month is 30 days.
<First month costs Total: 30,000yen + one month rent>

Contract fee 15,000 yen

Fire Insurance fee 12,000 yen

Bond: 8,000yen (If you do not damaged anything, it will be returned on moving out date.)

10 percents of the room rent will be discounted. (Example: 40000yen/m → 36000yen/m)
(1) Utility fee indluced(gas of 3000yen, water of 3000yen and electricity of 3000yen bills), if it is overed, please pay extra utility fees next month.General using, you don't pay it more than monthly rent.
(2) Please prepare the total rent of the month on your arrival day. If you stay more than 2 months, you can pay the rent by monthly.
(3) When you want to leave the house, please let us know the date 1 month before moving out.
(4) Please do NOT smoke and NOT bring anything related with fires and against Japanese law in the sharehouse for other guests safety.
Examples, tabaco, Halogan heater, aloma candle and etc.
